Are you an enthusiastic and talented Drama specialist with a passion for inspiring young minds? Our Client, a highly successful Girls school in Merton, SW London, is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join us as a full-time, temporary Drama specialist (Secondary teacher) for the current academic year.

About Our Client:

Position: Drama Specialist (Secondary Teacher)

Start Date: 2nd September 2024

Duration: Long Term/ Permanent position

Pay Scale: MPS for Inner London

Role Expectations:

-Deliver engaging and interactive Drama lessons to students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5.

-Foster a creative and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and expression.

-Contribute to the extracurricular drama activities and school events.

-Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience for students.

-Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.

Required Qualifications:

-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Drama.

-Proven experience teaching Drama at the secondary level.

-Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Drama.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Vetting Documents:

-Enhanced DBS Certificate.

-Right to Work in the UK documentation.

-Professional Reference(s).
