Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a Site Manager for a secondary school based in Ellesmere Port.
The school we are working with are seeking to recruit an experienced and reliable site manager to take over a retiring member of staff. The role is full time, working 40 hours a week over 50 weeks of the year. The salary starts from £28,000 per year.
The role will be mainly managing a busy school site and overseeing a team of current caretakers. You will be responsible for the smooth daily running of the school including the opening and closing of the site, general maintenance and overseeing school events.
The ideal candidate must have previous site management or caretaker responsibilities and qualification in Health and Safety, or facilities management is desirable but not necessary.
